Overview

Purchasing and negotiation in China on your behalf

Buying from China remotely means negotiating in another language, paying a supplier you have never met and hoping production stays on track. Our Guangzhou team takes on that role: we talk directly to the factory, in Chinese, and defend your interests.

We negotiate price, minimum quantity, packaging, lead time and payment terms, then put everything in writing. Supplier payments go through us, with a receipt and proof of transfer: you always know what was paid, and to whom.

During manufacturing, we chase the factory, check progress and warn you immediately of any delay or problem, so we can decide together what to do.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to pay everything upfront?

No. Usually a deposit starts the purchase and the balance is paid on delivery. Each payment comes with a numbered receipt.

How do I know the supplier has been paid?

We send you proof of the payment made to the supplier. Everything is also available in your client area.

What if the factory is late?

We tell you as soon as we know, with the new proposed date. You then decide to wait, adjust the shipment or change transport mode.

Can you combine several suppliers?

Yes. Goods from several factories are received at our Guangzhou warehouse and shipped together, which lowers freight costs.
