Overview
Pre-shipment quality control in China
Once goods have left, fixing a mistake becomes slow and expensive. That is why we inspect products in Guangzhou, at our warehouse or at the supplier’s, before they are shipped.
Inspection covers what was ordered: quantities, models, colours, dimensions, finish, function when possible, marking and packaging. We adapt it to the product and your requirements.
You receive photos and videos, then a written report. If anything is off, we discuss it with you and the supplier before shipping: rework, replacement or adjustment.

Frequently asked questions
Do you inspect goods bought without you?
Yes. If you ordered directly from a Chinese supplier, we can receive the goods at our Guangzhou warehouse or visit the supplier, depending on location.
Is every single item checked?
It depends on quantity and product type. For large runs we check a representative sample; for high-value items, inspection can be complete. We agree on this with you.
What if a defect is found?
We show you the defect and discuss it with the supplier before shipping: rework, replacement, discount or sorting out non-compliant pieces.
Does inspection guarantee zero defects?
It greatly reduces the risk, but cannot guarantee everything, especially hidden defects or with sample-based checks. That is why we agree upfront on what must be checked.
