What is chargeable weight?
It is the weight used for pricing: the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight, calculated from the parcel’s dimensions. A light but bulky parcel is therefore charged by volume.
Air or express: which one?
Express suits small urgent parcels, handled end to end. Standard air freight becomes better value as weight increases. We compare both for your shipment.
Can I ship batteries or phones?
Lithium batteries are subject to strict air transport rules, and some configurations are refused. Tell us exactly what the goods are and we will tell you what can be shipped and how.
Is my parcel insured?
