Warehousing, customs clearance and delivery in Senegal
International transport is only part of the journey. Before departure, goods must be gathered and protected; on arrival, they must be cleared, collected and delivered. That is often where delays and unexpected costs appear.
In Guangzhou, our warehouse receives goods from your different suppliers, checks them, stores them as long as needed and prepares them for shipping. Each parcel gets a tracking number.
On arrival, we follow customs formalities and organise pick-up or delivery to your address. Duties and taxes depend on the goods and are shown in the quote.

Yes. We give you the address and marking instructions to pass on to your suppliers; each arrival is reported to you.
How are customs duties calculated?
They depend on the type and value of the goods, under the customs rules in force. An estimate is included in the quote to avoid surprises.
Do you deliver outside Dakar?
Yes, depending on the destination. Give the delivery address in your request and we will suggest the right option.
How do I track my goods?
With the tracking number received when the goods reach our warehouse, on the site’s Tracking page, without logging in.
